A Gabonese national, he currently serves as Lead of Private Sector Investment Operations at the Africa Investment Forum, where he has helped mobilize over USD 95 billion in investment interest for high-impact projects between 2022 and 2024.
Cedric’s expertise spans financial sector development, infrastructure financing, and financial innovation. He played a key role in pioneering initiatives such as diaspora bonds, infrastructure project bonds, and Africa’s first multi-country government bond ETF His work has earned industry recognition, including a “Deal of the Year” award by African Banker Magazine.
An accomplished author with several publications and books, Cedric holds advanced degrees in applied mathematics, econometrics, and financial engineering from top European institutions and has completed executive education at INSEAD, Harvard Kennedy School, and MIT.
