Doing business in Africa is exciting! And challenging. Living for nine years in Ethiopia has taught me the complexity of life abroad. Facing the challenge of cultural gaps, disruptive environments, and FDI specific issues made our time in Ethiopia a rich experience. General management, negotiation, business development, operations management, and coaching are a few of the business aspects I love to be involved in.

But the most beautiful role to have is to be a ‘bridge-builder’. My drive is to connect, bridge (cultural) gaps, and link people. I do this *well-intentioned: realizing that my actions may not always have the desired effect. Nevertheless, there is nothing greater than to be of help in restoring bits and pieces in this broken world!
