Kelly is the managing partner of The Invisible Gorilla Consulting.
With a Masters in Development Sociology, a degree in Business Administration, and awaiting her PhD defence at Tilburg University, Netherlands (Department of Management and Organisation Studies), for research centred on business models used by social enterprises across Sub-Saharan Africa.
Advisory & Research Conducted for UNDP, companies, business schools and other organisations, focusing on Africa and emerging economies, energy and renewables, emerging markets, social entrepreneurship and gender.
Kelly aims to develop strategy with African and international organisations, supporting businesses and governments to achieve strategic targets and deliver corporate and socioeconomic impact.
Balancing existing energy sources and ensuring a smooth transition to renewables is vital for economic growth and stability, and hence her work has supported business expansion in the energy world and guided organisational activity in viable and sustainable directions.
