Mactar Ndiaye is a Senegalese born social entrepreneur and technology enthusiast.
He is very passionate about using sports and technology to empower young African youth. He has numerous years of experience working with multinational companies and sports organizations such ans NBA(National Basketball Association), Giants Of Africa and NIKE, across the continent (+20 countries) on investing in young people.
He is currently working with SEED Project leading programs with development partners like AFD, GIZ and Team Europe.
Recently, he started two new initiatives : Institut des Métiers du Sport with the City of Dakar and the Dronelethics to launch training programs on drone technology for young people in west Africa.
Mactar believes that investing in young people on the continent is the way to achieve sustainable development.
