Matthew McLean founded Endsight Consulting in 201 to advise African Governments at a very senior level on strategies to increase financial flows from Western donors and investors. Clients have included Côte d’Ivoire, DRC, Senegal, Togo, Ghana, Niger and others. We also guide Western companies to navigate the terrain in African countries to enter or expand deals on the continent. Finally, we also help countries and businesses access sources of financing backed by the US Government, such as US Export Import Bank and the US Development Finance Corporation.
Previous to Endsight, Matthew served 20 years in US Government service, including as White House staff advisor to Presidents Clinton and Bush on international development and Africa. He also served as senior staff for the US Congress on US foreign assistance.
