Mr. Senve Darlington Tehmeh is a Liberian Diplomat and government official who currently serves as the Minister-Counselor In-charge of Public Diplomacy and Alternate Representative to the Organization of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS) as well as the International Criminal Court (ICC) at the Embassy of the Republic Liberia to the Benelux countries and the European Union, near Brussels, Kingdom of Belgium .
He has served the government of Liberia since 2012 in various capacities, including Administrative Assistant in the Department of Technical Services at the Ministry of Information, similar role at the Ministry of Youth and Sports (where he was tasked with working on the framework for a 10 million world Bank Funded project, ‘’ The Youth Opportunity Project’’ YOP) and lastly serving as Special Assistant in the office of the Information Minister.
Mr. Tehmeh has also participated in many conferences as part of Liberia’s Official delegation including: The United Nations General Assembly (2013), New York, U.S.A, The World Bank Spring (2014), Washington Dc, U.S.A, The UNESCO General Assemble (2015) Paris, France, Youth Opportunity Project Fund Negotiation (2015), Washington Dc, U.S.A, Ebola Recovery Conference (2015), New York, U.S.A
Tehmeh is an alumnus of the Hague Academy of International Law and holds a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and Global Governance from the Brussels School of Governance, Vrije Universiteit, Brussels, Belgium, a Post-Graduate Degree in Global Risks Analysis and Crisis Management from the Prestigious, Institute for European Studies, Vrije Universiteit, Brussels, Belgium, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU), with series of professional certificates, including a Certificate in Communications and Journalism from the Information State Training Center in Beijing, the Republic of China and a certificate in Multi-track Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Service Institute, among others.
