She is adept at public policy influencing, building strategic partnerships and leading advocacy efforts across various
African countries.
A recognized leader in business sustainability and sustainable development, Oyetola serves as a trustee for some not-for-profit boards and has advised for-profit boards on business sustainability, particularly in corporate governance, corporate affairs, and aligning business purpose with sustainable outcomes.
Her career spans multiple industries, including financial services, energy, and telecommunications, where she held regional roles across diverse markets. In her current roles, she leverages her legal training and extensive private sector experience, alongside a deep commitment to Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility, to foster a
collaborative network of champions and advocates dedicated to the sustainable advancement of Africa.
Oyetola is also a Doctoral researcher at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, UK, with a thesis focused on business purpose as a driver of sustainable development. She holds both a Master of Laws and a Bachelor of Laws degree and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2003.
