SANDRA DAMIJAN
ECONOMICS LECTURER, LJUBLJANA
Dr. Sandra Damijan is a researcher/lecturer at School of Economics and Business at the University of Ljubljana. She was recently named as a member of the Strategic Council for the Economy of the Slovenian Government and as Senator at the World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF), affiliated to G20, representing Slovenia. She is a Board Member and leads smart financing within the WBAF Global Startup Committee. Particular field of investment are sports industry and energy.
She is a former President of Slovene Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Vice President of the ACFE Higher Education Advisory Board and Fraud Magazine Column Editor (FraudEDge). She is one of the authors of Slovenian Corporate Integrity Guidelines. Sandra is an advisor to Organisational Council of International Fraud Awareness Week and SEB LU representative and initiator of the European Ethics Bowl.
