Mr Sereme is the founder and chairman of Accuracy Group, Flexipesa Group. He is an entrepreneur, investor and best selling author. The Coach, as affectionately known, is also a mentor for startups, and content creator. Moss is also the founder of The Startup Village Hub situated in Rustenburg, South Africa.

Pragmatic, realistic and informed, using latest research facts and creating own models and metric, and he spoke in 15 African countries, and 3 European countries.

Although he is not an academic, but a realist, Moss Sereme is a graduate in management and financial management. He did a bachelor of commerce in management and Honours. Further studied financial management to upskill my financial language as an investor and startups coach.

Mr Sereme has had his fair share in both public and private employ. This is a solid experience bagged from knowledgeable individuals from government and corporate environment. He was a Business Advisor for the largest national business development agency in South Africa, SEDA, and Enterprise Development Officer for the largest investment organisation in North West province, SA and later was recruited to do Enterprise and Supplier Development for AfriSam, the largest cement producer in Africa, as ESD Professional.
