Ronald N. Bwosi is the Group Managing Partner (GMP) of Ronalds LLP. He is a Corporate Leader and provides Leadership to a team of over hundred and fifty professionals, offering Transformative and out of the Box Corporate Advice, Financial Audits, Strategic Finance, Business Strategy, Accounting, Tax, Corporate Governance and Deal Advisory services to organizations across Africa continent. His background ,experience and core competencies is in the area of Financial Audits across Africa, Taxation in East African region, Business strategy, Business formations in Africa among other consultancies. He also sits on various advisory boards.
Ronald is an experienced trainer and has been an invited guest Speaker and trainer by various Companies and educational Institutions like Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), Strathmore Business School (SBS), United States International University Africa (USIU) among others
Ronald was named TOP 40 UNDER 40 MEN 2021 by Business daily in recognition to his contribution to the Corporates entities in Kenya and across the African region. He is also a recipient of the of the Certificate of Commendation in the recent award ceremony by ICPAK. He was named the star of the month by the Accountant Journal a publication of the Institute of certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).
Ronald is a Doctoral student at United States International University Africa(USIUA), holds a Master’s degree of Business Administration (MBA) from Jomo Kenyatta University (JKUAT), a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, is a Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), a Practicing Accountant, a member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Rwanda (ICPAR), a member of Institute of Internal Auditors(IIA), a member of Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and a member of Institute of Certified Secretaries(ICS).He is alumni of Strathmore Business School (SBS), Owner Manager Program (OMP). He has undertaken various trainings locally and Internationally among, Lagos Business School (Owner Manager Program), Kenya Bureau of Standards (KBS), ISO Audit and Implementation, BKR International Training in (London, China, USA, South Africa, Ethiopia)
