With 20 years of US Government service, Matthew has served as a White House advisor to Presidents Clinton and Bush on international development and Africa, as well as a senior congressional staff member overseeing US foreign assistance. His expertise bridges the gap between policy, investment, and strategic partnerships on the African continent.
